Guidelines
Round 1 (5th April 2025)
- Teams present their projects based on their chosen theme for the open innovation initiative.
- Any topic from any field can be chosen for the presentation.
- Strict adherence to the provided presentation template is mandatory, deviations lead to disqualification.
- Presentations must be delivered within the allocated time slot on the online platform, failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification.
- Each team will be allocated 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A with judges.
- Jury decisions are final and successful teams advance to Round 2.
- All teams that give a presentation will be awarded an E-certificate.
Round 2 (11th - 12th April 2025)
- College ID card is required to enter the premises.
- Development cannot commence before the official start time of the event, violation will result in disqualification.
- The first line of code must be written on or after April 11, 2025, at 10 AM, post registration.
- Preparatory work like brainstorming and creating wireframes/mockups is encouraged.
- All software development tools, engines, IDEs, and languages are allowed, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
- Only code created during the hackathon is eligible, publicly developed APIs/SDKs are permitted.
- Hackathon prioritizes a harassment-free environment, violations result in sanctions or expulsion.
- Leaving the venue is permitted only for emergencies.
- Damages to property incur fines.
- Judging criteria include technology, design, completion, and learning, each weighted equally.
- Beds and lodging would be provided for the duration of the hackathon.
